If there was one thing that I would add to our upcoming wedding reception, it would be a very posh
wedding dessert buffet. I love the simplistic color coordination that could really accent and spice up the overall wedding theme and colors of the entire day in a really fun way. Besides, who doesn't love candy?

The Wedding Chateau and was inspired by the newly unveiled
Vera Wang Spring 2010 collection. So elegant!



The white biscuit sticks with pearls, layered jelly (lovin' the alternate opaque-translucent layers!), barley with lemon & white chocolate marshmallows and the overflowing tulle give a subtle texture to the dessert buffet.

If you are thinking of having a
wedding dessert bar or buffet at your wedding reception, a few things to keep in mind are:
temperature of the day (chocolate melts very easy),
diabetic guests (sugar-free candies are readily available), and
take home bags (yes, guests will definitely want to take home some of your goodies).
