Beautiful {Ombre} Wedding Cake

Ditch the plain white wedding cake and get onboard with ombre! What is ombre you ask? Ombre is a French term meaning "shaded." Usually a multicolored stripe, with colors graduating from light to dark. And as you can see, it looks absolutely AMAZING on a wedding cake.

The concept has been around the wedding world for awhile, but has recently gained a new popularity since the beginning of the year. From cakes to dresses, Ombre can be used to add a certain intrigue to any design element of your wedding. Such a tasty trend! To see more inspiration, check out Postcards & Pretties.
